PRANAYAMA & YOGA NIDRA

Pranayama is the practise of breath control. There are many different forms of pranayama, some calming, some creating heat, some cooling, some generating uplifted feelings. This class guides students through pranayamas in a step by step fashion. 
Yoga Nidra is Yogic sleep. It is said that 1 hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of actual sleep. It is incredibly rejuvenating and powerful.
