I am a qualified Yoga Alliance 200RYT teacher, specialising in Seasonal Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Meditation, and Pranayama.

My love of yoga started a long time ago in my late teens, but as most people can attest to, started purely for the physical exercise element of it. As my practice grew and my understanding increased I began to fall in love with all aspects of yogic teaching.  So many elements of yoga can have a place in our everyday lives, I enjoy giving people the tools they can use to improve their bodies and minds, helping them be more present in the moment, and finding a bit of internal joy and gratitude.

My classes can be adapted to suit all levels, preferences and many needs. Yoga doesn’t have to be scary and alienating, and I try to make it accessible for anyone who wants to start the yoga journey.
