I am a qualified Yoga Alliance 200RYT teacher, specialising in various different styles of class to suit all needs.
My love of yoga started over 20 years ago, and as my practice grew and my understanding increased I began to fall in love with all aspects of yogic teaching, not just the physical asana.
So many elements of yoga can have a place in our everyday lives, I enjoy giving people the tools they can use to improve their bodies and minds, helping them be more present in the moment, and finding a bit of internal joy and gratitude.
